HK's Privacy Policy for Trade Union and Unemployment Insurance Fund
At HK, we have two privacy policies: One for the trade union and one for our unemployment insurance fund. Please select which one you would like to read:

Log in
Log in with MitID
You can always log in with MitID. If you wish to create or change your personal password to HK, you must first log in using MitID.
Log in with HK-password
To be able to use a personal password for HK, you must first create one by logging in with MitID. You can then use the password every time you log in.
Need help to login
MitID does not work. What can I do?
You need to contact customer support at MitID. HK is not able to help you in this situation.

Problems with login
My HK password is not working (has been locked)
Only you can create a HK password. If your access is locked, you must log in with MitID and then create your HK password yourself under 'New password' on My HK.
I forgot my HK password
Please log in using MitID, after which you can create a new HK password under 'New password' on My HK.
This is the first time I log on to Mit HK
In that case you don not have a HK password yet. You must first log in using MitID, and then you can create your own HK password.
Do I always have to log in with MitID?

Can I just use my MitID?
