My HK password is not working (has been locked)
Only you can create a HK password. If your access is locked, you must log in with NemID or MitID and then create your HK password yourself under 'New password' on My HK.

With a collective agreement you will for the most part be in a better situation then without a collective agreement.
According to the vacation act everyone is entitled to receive 5 weeks of vacation and will receive either salary or vacation allowance during the 5 weeks.
How many days of vacation you have the right to, and how much you will be paid during your vacation, depends on where you are employed. This can be determined in a collective agreement or through individual employment contracts.
